The noisy floors and paper-thin walls made for a rather unpleasant stay!!! Inconsistent hot water and blocked sinks don't match the luxury claim!!! Consider better maintenance and soundproofing!!!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the indoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and the fitness centre. During my first stay, the staff gave me great directions to nearby attractions. Highly recommend the relaxing treatments! I'm coming back for a business trip.

The spa facilities were absolutely 🌟 amazing! I loved the indoor pool and soothing steam room. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, though. the eggs could’ve been cooked better.

Couples retreat worth it

We had a great time with our dog, the staff treated us like family. The breakfast was great, I mean we're talking about some serious quality food, made each morning feel special.

Not exactly budget-friendly but for what you get, it was tolerable.

The spa facilities were fantastic and the kids loved the Playbarn! Our family room had loads of space for everyone.

My children wanted more outdoor activities for kids. A play area would really enhance the experience for families.

this place was really comfy and the staff were super friendly. we upgraded to the spa executive twin room and it was def worth it, so well equiped! the food was amazin, especially dinner at brambles. def loved the pool and sauna in the main hotel, great after a long day hiking!

two complaints tho, breakfast could've been better, eggs were rubbery and not cooked right. also, check-in could've been more informative, felt a bit lost when we got there.

The food was outstanding, particularly the laksa, and the staff exhibited an exceptional level of friendliness and professionalism. the standard spa resort room was dated, with a hot water tap that was dangerously scalding, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect. the spa facilities were crowded, resembling a busy public pool rather than a serene escape.

Perfect getaway for relaxation

Had an awesome 3 nights here with my friend for a birthday trip. The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything. We loved the pool and even treated ourselves to some massages – totally worth it! We tried all 3 restaurants, and the food was just delish. Finding a parking spot was sometimes a hassle.

great stay with minor areas for improvement

The outdoor sitting area offered a stunning view, making it a perfect spot to relax. The cabin felt very comfortable, and the cleanliness standards were evident throughout.

The dining and spa services were not utilized during our stay.

excellent access to parks and local attractions for weekend explorers

During my recent stay, I loved the easy access to Brodick Castle, which was just over 2 km away and perfect for a scenic stroll, and the charming Rosa Burn Ducks area nearby, providing a lovely spot to relax and enjoy nature. it felt great being in a place where I could take my dog along for our walks. the hotel features several onsite dining options and two indoor pools, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

An ideal choice for a brief pause in Brodick with good price value. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home.
